Wiston Wine Estate
Wiston Estate is a historic, family-run vineyard and 6,000-acre estate in West Sussex, South Downs, managed by the Goring family since 1743. Established in 2006, the 16-acre vineyard produces award-winning English sparkling wines using traditional methods and a rare Coquard press. It offers tours, tastings, and dining at ‘Chalk’ restaurant.
